CUTTING MACHINE FOR WELT CM-123-R

The CM-123-R is an automatic engine at numerical checking able to cut laces of any material with height accuracy.

Equipped with a material tension control system this CM-123-R engine is particularly effective in every case whenever the elasticity of the materials and its uneasy rolling down very often make inaccurate the measuring and cutting operation.

The CM-123-R new version, at difference of previous versions, has an user-interface more complete, managed completely in touchscreen;in fact in addiction to the normal utility functions it is possible create a new database with the data of the articles that must be cut and recall these data with extremely facility.

The CM-123-R is provided in the standard version, suitable to cut all kinds of material with orthogonal fixed pincer, or in the version FLEX with die cutter pincer, suitable to both traditional straight cutting and  inclined cutting.

The CM-123-R is extremely good for obtain die-cut of short sizes of shape and colour how the client prefer, in fact providing at the machine one string of material with right  width the CM-12R-R FLEX, equipped of die-cut of cut with shape at drawing of the client, obtain inserts and outlines to insert in plates, sew on shoe uppers  or in the more different clothing fields sportive and not, or also used as key ring,gadget,ecc..

As in the previous version, the CM-123-R can be equipped by the device of thermo cutting that allow the  thermo-welding in cutting phase of possible filaments of cutting, present in the strings  that must be cut.
