Cutting plotter PL-1000

PL-1000 is a machine gifted of high precision  in the cutting of laminated.

Provided of an work-zone 1000x800, PL-1000 is supplied of electric-spindle at 20.000 rotation (complete of aspiration of residual shaving), that allows to obtain a optimal finishing of cutting, the axes’ movement, realized only with recirculation of spheres, guarantees an high outline’s precision.

For the fastening of the materials, PL-1000 is proposed in the standard version, with fastening by mean to the pneumatic stapled, or in the version Vacuum-System.

The best use is in the realization of comparision dimes for plates and dimes for machine gifted, in fact it was created to this scope.

The machine is provided in add of a system of acquisition of notable practicality, that allows to derive the base outline with extremely precision; it is possible however send at the machine file data in format ISO and DXF.

This system finds application in several fields, for example:

·               Cutting and incision of plastic and metal laminates

·               Making of plaque and advertising signs

·               Plate of comparision and copying

·               Making of cavity on leather soles for injection antislip and following appllication of adhesive

·               Cutting on models on cardboard of fibra

For special request the company STEP builds system of cutting at jet of water,laser and plasma with aree of work at request of the clients.
